I had a samsung txm2796 come in with no pix. It turns on, you here the high voltage surge up, then it shuts down with no picture and then makes a diddle noise though the speaker. The H out is not shorted. ESR caps nothing jumped out. Resoldered the board up but nothing looked really bad. Any ideas?
