Victim of power surge. Picture and tuner fine, but no audio. Responds to inputs for Mute and volume normally on screen. Ideas?

May not be a power surge, some T.V.'s use a hybrid IC sound module # SBX-1637-11. Especially if you have some scratchy sound. Look here for a picture. Hope this helps, Dani.
