This one appears to be classic hyper module symptoms. This module (part #
23148016, PB9584) does not have the surface mount caps that I have seen and replaced in others. Has anyone repaired any of these that have radial caps from the factory? The rebuilds are not cheap, nor are the new ones. If I can't find a less expensive way to repair it this one will be a no fix.
Any tips on this one?
