OSD is fine but as soon the unit is connected to a pc, the monitor goes on and off and a clicking sound can be heard. Model exair F173

Try setting the monitor properties in windows to generic VGA monitor
640x480 fixed and see what it does then. Also, try it on a different PC to see if it acts any different.Bob

Nah, i opened the unit and it had 2 bulged caps in the power supply. Works fine now.
