RCA TV, loses channel lock on the low channels. It's getting worse, now it won't lock in below channel 7 unless you first start out on channel 9 and work your way down.
Is there some simple PLL tweak that will fix this?

Most Tv,s have a Model and Chassis number I suggest you post those if you want a reply.
