Newer cordless handset powers up and plays ring tones, but the display has no read out (it is blank except for the working backlight). Also, no dial tone.
Really need to get it working again. Have tools. Need tips. :-)
This is handset model ET-3581 #43-3581 or 430-3581. This handset works with Radio Shack 43-3880 or 43-3580 Systems. It's a discontinued model so store exchange is not an option.
