Eternal September is a good Usenet provider

My ISP dropped Usenet groups, I started using Eternal September to access newgroups, it's free, it's harmless, it's trouble free. Works flawless in Thunderbird.

It's not perfect, there are outages now and again, but you can't beat that price. :-)
