Anyone know of any technical documentation, in English preferably, to dismantle safely, if nothing else

It's quite simple IIRC.
4 screws in the end cheeks, some screws round the back of the top panel, a couple in the bottom panel, and the top lifts off, attatched by some ribbon connectors.Don't understand what might not be safe?

What's wrong with it?

I bet it's some keys don't work...

Coming in next week, loose bits it seems. Just wanted to be prepared, assuming it may have been as bad at trying to get into a Yamaha P120
If so then Roland key key contact strips will fit, don't bother trying to get anything from Nord..
Another likely problem is the user has messed up the samples - some slots may be empty for example. Go to the Nord site and download the tools, latest OS and sample sets - you can give the customer the latest firmware and samples and he will be well chuffed, if he hasn't already done it himself.
Gareth.
