Dear all,

    For production reason, I need a method to check if the 2 usb ports
 are ok or not. I don't want to use flash disk to be connect to it.
    By the way, the os i use is arca-patched linux-2.4.18
  
    Somebody can advise me or index me?

The only true way to check if the usb ports are fully working is to plug
something
into them.  perhaps you could use a usb networking cable to join the two
together and check traffic ?
