I'm designing an embedded linux setup that will be powered on and off
sporadically without any means of a careful, controlled shutdown. I'm
looking for some ideas?
My plan is to use a ramdisk, read only partition and a data write
partition. I was planning on going with Linux 2.6 and wanted to use
Reiser 4 as the filesystem. Everything will be located on a DOC.
Can anyone suggest a better setup? Maybe I'm overlooking something.
Cheers,
Willem
