Yes. I've got a linux box that acts as a X-server with only a 120M disk, without any problem.

It is really great that you have so much(really huge amount) of memory and surely linux-box can be loaded into it.
Hei, Many are trying to squeeze linux into 500 KB Flash Memory today.
