System on Chip

Is there anyone in here who can help me? I've hunted high and low for information about the development of 'System-on-Chip'. Can anyone point me in the right direction... links/urls/books/magazines etc.... Thanks

It's just a buzz word. Just means a big-ass chip with a complete (or nearly complete) system on it. An exhibition of our stupid world that thinks smaller and smaller is better. Unrepairable :-(

I love to cook with wine. Sometimes I even put it in the food.
