Optrex DMF50073N LCD

Hi, I've just been given an Optrex DMF50073N/F-FW LCD panel. Unfortunately, the only data I've got is a rather bad copy of the pinout. Does anyone have a copy of the datasheet? All I really need are the timing specs and a timing diagram.

Thanks.

If it's a character display, it's probably controlled by an HD44780 chipset. Google HD44780 and you will find the necessary timing.

It's a graphics display - low-level control only. It doesn't have a command-based controller onboard (e.g. SED1550). Instead, it's got a bunch of row and column driver ICs.

Later.

I found one of them on an old photocopier. On the main board where it is connected, I have found a SED1330F with 2 mem chips(GM76C256). Near is a quartz of 9.216Mhz Perhaps it can help. NB: the connector is a 14 pins
