No listing for smps IC

Its from a Dell 1504fp display power supply and feeds the primary but I cant find it listed anywhere,any idea on who made it or a sub?

AFAIR there's a family of 3T TO220 switchers designated TOP2xx - that might be a pattern equivalent.
