Spartan-3 Static Timing Analysis with Voltage/Temperature Pro-rating

Does anybody know what version/servicepack of ISE is required in order to be able to do static timing analysis of Spartan-3 designs using the Voltage/Temperature pro-rating feature in the timing analyser?
