Good morning, I downloaded ISE 13.4 from Xilinx and installed on my pc to test an old Spartan 3A DSP 1800 Board, I installed an evaluation licence of 30 days, that I think includes bitstream beneration but I have the following error:
WARNING:Bitgen:26 - Bitgen only supports DRC but not bitstream generation on this device. This condition can occur if there are problems obtaining a license to run bitgen or if the design targets a device which is Early Access.
Can anybody help me to solve this problem? Thanks
