How to use "ON NBC 12429" as clock resource of Virtex-4

I'm here again. I know that, i've too many questions posted, please let me know, when you find that my messages bother you. :) Thanks



There is a "ON NBC 12429" on the Board as clock oscilator, its output signal is PECL signal, can i use this signal direct as input clock for the Virtex-4 FPGA. Or i need an extra interface?
