I'd like to erase a number of EMP7064SLC44's that have been programmed with JTAG disabled. Anyone have the 'secret formula' or the special programmer equipment that can do it ?

As far as I know, a standard Data IO (or so) programmer should be able to do this - assuming you can put the device into the programmer's socket. If not, you've got yourself a problem.
