I use Xilinx Foundation 2.1i build 3.1,162 and I use HDL Editor build 0.42 and if I want to create macro from file (Project->Create Macro) I must specify FLEXim license? What is this that license? Anybody knows how solvethis problem?

YES!
1) do not use sofware that belongs to museum! 2) download latest ISE WebPack (free) and just use the mouse and right click to create symbols from VHDL or Verilog.Antti
