Can't run Xilinx 7.1SP3 on FC3

has anyone been able to run SP3 on a Fedora Core 3 system? SP2 worked fine but SP3 is broken. Running XST gets,



xst: error while loading shared libraries: /usr/local/tools/Xilinx/bin/lin/libSTL.so: cannot restore segment prot after reloc: Permission denied



Anyone know how to deal with this?

Try disabling selinux--Security Enhanced Linux.
