Help needed for programming Fluke 123 Scopemeter

Aug 13, 2007 2 Replies

Can someone please give some advice on the Remote Control Command

QP 0,10,B (Query Print)

for the Fluke 123 Scopemeter.

In the Reference for the 123 Scopemeter only QP 0,0-3 is described, which is much slower and does not fit my needs. QP 0,1 (for LaserJet) takes 32 sec, QP

0,1 (for Postscript) 65 sec... QP 0,10,B takes only 5 sec!!! Also it ist possible, to get 2 saved screen from the instrument, but not with the QP 0,0-3.

According to the REMOTE CONTROL AND PROGRAMMING REFERENCE for the FLUKE 190 family (where QP 0,11,B is described), using the "QP 0,10,B" command I get from the 123 a binary data block, which is NOT a PNG File (as described for the 190 family). How may this Data be interpreted right?

Fluke did not respond to my email ... I'm afraid nobody knows and Fluke does not want to tell ... but why?

Any hint is very welcome !!! Peter

... Fluke answered a few seconds ago: they refuse to give support on the dokumentation :-((

Peter

That kind of makes me feel better that I didn't buy Fluke now.

They can keep their prices.
