Anyone know the story with the MCF5223x family?
This is the coldfire varient that freescale was heavily pushing as an upgrade path from the MC9S12NE64 with it's integrated etherenet mac/phy.
Problem is, outside of the seminar last spring and its souvenier demo board, I've not seen any silicon.
Went ahead and designed a product around it, have had a request in with distributors for over six months now with no parts.
Has anyone actually managed to receive samples or a production order of chips?
