powinny wystarczyć. W każdym razie moje tranzystory (4x2N3055) jeszcze żyją, a sterownik zrobiłem ładnych parę lat temu. Częstotliwość graniczną musiałbym sprawdzić w katalogu, ale kilkanaście MHz napewno.
