Ich hab' hier ein defektes digitales Kondo KRS-786 Servo, bei dem sich wohl ein FET aus der H-Brücke verabschiedet hat.
Aufdruck:
| 3004 | 4G1
Kein Herstellerlogo, nur ein breiter Strich am linken Rand (durch | angedeutet). Ist vermutlich ein normaler Doppel-MOSFET im SOIC-8 Gehäuse.
Kann den jemand identifizieren?
