"Q" ist eine verbreitete Bezeichnung von Transistoren in Schaltplänen. Das ist also einfach der vierte Transistoren in dieser Schaltung.
Ich vermute "Q4" steht auf der Platine. Steht direkt auf dem Transistor etwas?

Für Leseresistente nur folgender Tipp: Wenn der Elektronikhändler keinen Q4 da hat, laß Dir einen Ersatztyp geben.
