Tag allerseits,
es gibt bei japanischen, bipolaren Transistortypen ja SA, SB, SC und SD. SA und SB sind PNP, die anderen beiden NPN. Aber warum jede Polung doppelt, steckt da noch eine andere Unterscheidung dahinter?
