Most Power Transistors in this inverters are at least in pairs due to symmetric circuit design. is there another transistor, wihich could be similar? Is the inverter "modified sine" or real sinewave? Has ist a laminated core 50Hz transformer or some switch mode - step up - ferrit core transformer? Is the transistor at the 12V side or at the 230V side?
