NYC store that sells knobs for 1/8" D-shafts ?

Question

I need a knob for a 1/8" D-shaft(the shaft has a flat side for a set-screw).Radio Shack sells knobs but only for 1/4" D-shafts.Does anyone know of a store in the New York City areathat has knobs for 1/8" D-shafts?(Normally, I would just go and make my own,but I don't have a set of taps to thread a hole for the set-screw).

Try a surplus shop called ARGO Electronics on Canal Street near 6th Avenue. I doubt anyone will know what you are talking about if you call, so just go in and look through their piles of junk and surplus electronics that are laying all over the shelves and floor. It's a pretty cool store. I once found some brand new sony CD laser assemblies with a popular KSS-xxx Laser for five bucks each.

Some Tektronix 'scope plug-ins have them.Maybe ARGO has some Tektronix stuff?
