Is there a way to build a FM Transmitter that have more power than the current ones you find in kits around the net?

Are you suggesting that running an illegal FM transmitter is not as easy as being an illegal alien? Mike
If you study some of the circuit diagrams already posted on the net you'll find some that use a class C output stage - that is the output transistor is biased off for DC and has to be driven to produce an output - those can often be tweaked for more power.
All depends on what you want to do with it and what your limitations are, but you don't give a lot of detail.
