You beat me to it, you devil! Supper tonight: French onion soup with a raft of croutons on the surface held together by melted Parmigiano, and cheese toast on the side. White for me, red for she. Yummy, and just right for a cold winter night.

Who wants to cook on a Friday night? Cowgirl Creamery cheese on flat creme frais and onion breadsticks, leftover gumbo (the best kind), TuTu California Pinot Grigio, Pelegrino. Leaves room for dessert.

1 bag "Boil-in-Bag" rice 1 can Campbell's broccoli cheese soup concentrate 1 4-oz single-serving thing of tuna Parsley, onion, bouillon, etc. to taste Saltine crackers or Pretzels

Boil rice, take out of bag, put back into pot; discard water (or wait for it to cool, and pour it on the garden) Dump in soup concentrate and tuna. Stir well Mix in herbs/spices/flavorings as desired Stir some more Add water as needed to keep mixture moist Re-warm Crush pretzels or crackers on top or mix in Eat on couch while watching old reruns of favorite show. ;-) Bowl optional - if you're single you can eat it right out of the pot!
