I need to find a 10 bits AD converter which can interface with TMS320C55x series. The conversion speed should be inside 30 to 90MHz.
Could anyone introduce me?

Who would you like to read the data sheets for you? GG
TI and Analog Devices spring to mind. The AD9410 will do 210MSPS and that's about as fast as current technology goes for 10 bit resolution.
