ho recuperato due scr in to-93 (vite 18mm, bullone 32) delle International rectifier siglati 151rbi10. Penso che gestiscano
150-200A, ma non ho altri dati. Ho provato a cercare con google e sul sito delle irf, ma nulla.Qualcuno li conosce?
