Nei maxium ratings: Max corrente: 50mA tensione inversa: 5v Pot. dissipata: 100mW luminosità @ 20mA: 2200mCd Vf @ 20mA: 2.0v
dai grafici:
Vf @ 40mA: 2,1V Lum.@ 40mA: 4400mCd
