Ciao a tuuti ecco il quesito: qual'è un buon jfet da utilizzare come interruttore? Mi serve per pilotare un led rosso su un circuito a 9v.

Perche' usare un jfet? E' molto difficile trovarne per commutazione, comunque, se devi controllare pochi mA potresti usare dei comuni 2N3819 o BF244. Pero' sarebbe molto meglio usare un mosfet, per esempio 2N7000 (nmos) e simili, oppure anche un banale transistor.

Come ti ha' scritto anche l'amico sopra ... perche' usare un fet per pilotare un led ? Devi avere un'impedenza di ingresso cosi' alta ? Mi sa che oggi costa meno un 40106 o simili di un fet ... :)
