componente sconosciuto su basetta

ho smontato l'inverter del mio notebook perchè i neon dietro il pannello lcd non si accendevano più, è collegando il tester all'uscita dell'inverter (sulla portata 1kv cc) ho notato che non c'è tensione mentre all'entrata ci sono regolarmente 19,5v. Nella foto dell'inverter si vedono dei componenti sulla destra vicino all'uscita HT delle dimensioni di un'integrato con sigla

Sono i trasformatori elevatori finali. Sembrerebbe avere due uscite quindi mi pare strano che si siano fulminati tutti e due contemporaneamente...

infatti i neon sono 2 ed era parso strano anche a me che si fossero bruciati tutti e due contemporaneamente, anche perchè a computer accesso il tester non rileva nessuna tensione all'uscita dell'inverter, non mi resta che provare a cambiare tutto l'inverter....

come il fusibile? c'è un fusibile miniaturizzato sulla basetta?
