Scusate, riposto questa domanda (mandata qualche settimana fa) perché ad oggi ancora non sono riuscito a capire a che serve questo strumento qui:

Si tratta quasi sicuramente di uno strumento "dedicato" e l'unica cosa da fare e' aprirlo e cercare di capirne il funzionamento dalla circuiteria interna.
