Addendum: in the TV news just now, Wisconsin is proposing fitting convicted sex offenders with lifetime ankle-bracelet GPS transponders.

Sure- no problem whatsoever, and an upside to this is that an alibi will be an alibi which will eliminate all this despicable framing and railroading the police and prosecutors do- and not even an arrest in cases like the Duke LaCrosse team frame up.

That is the ultimate solution- immediate arrest if they enter parks, school grounds, video arcades or any other place in which they have no business.

So, like all the other mother-rapers and father-stabbers, they will just shake hands, smoke cigarettes, and have a great time talking about all kinds of groovy things.

Not at all unlike the camaraderie between white collar fellow thieves, scoundrels, and criminals in corporate board rooms...oh yeah and government chambers.

Yeah - we ought to turn in anonymous tips on the surveillance-addicts. I wonder if they'll change their tune when the storm troopers show up at their door, and announce, "You car matches the description of one seen leaving the site of a suspected terrorist enclave. We have a warrant. Come with us. Now." And, of course, they're never heard from again, but still manage to send in absentee ballots for the New National Sociast candidate.
