Yeah...that 50% 50% 50% gag* is hilarious when I get that puzzled look. If I get no reaction, I take it as a bad sign and the customer gets a negative point. The customer is either humorless, not paying attention or just plain dum.. A puzzled reaction is ok and it's a cautious reaction in case the joke is an error. Laughter is best and is a sign someone is on the ball with a sense of humor too. Those are my preferred customers.
