If Protel 2.8 has no built-in facility for that, copy the image to an image editor which does, such as Paint Shop Pro.

There is no feature in 2.8 I am aware of (I still use 2.8 and have done so since 1995).
If you had a printer driver which can write a image file (e.g. a TIFF) then you could open that in any image editor (e.g. Photoshop) and just invert it. Such drivers can be found on the net, freeware probably.
