Hi,
all is in the title. I need a P-channel MOSFET, TO-92 case with a Rds smaller than 10 ohms when Vgs=5V. But it must be easily available, like the VN2222.

Supertex' classic VP01 series, available in 40 - 90V versions, see

Spec'd 11 ohms at Vgs = 5V, close enough. In stock at Mouser, e.g. the VP0106N3, only 47 cents qty 100. Recommended.
