Every receiving server has their own set of rules.

The point being that if your server does allow posting binaries, two users of that same system will, of course, be able to see postings there.

On the other hand, I aggregate from three news feeds, and the only one that had the post was the Highwinds server farm. (Which is accessed by a large number of reseller NSPs). It was filtered out of the two freebies that I use for backup.

It's not posting, it's propagation.
