There is not much to it. Just make sure you have a solid ground plane and the proper termination resistors between the gates of the mosfets.
I would just avoid using the HIP 4081A at all and use a real (better) FET driver like Avago or something else.
I used those HIP parts years ago and they were very finicky. I realize you may not be able to just use something else in your project though.

The HIP4081 is prone to failure but there are very few chips out there that can do the same.
There'an evaluation board for the HIP4081A (non-smd).

Can you give me some other part numbers that are better than the 4081A and why are they exactly better than 4081A. I am unablre to understand that why 4081a is not a good part.

They die real quick.
hmmmm. i use HIP4081 since 2004 with about 4000pcs in really noisy environments (tubemail with up to 300 ESD-Events/hour at the wires going to the tubes) without any broken HIP4081A
