Approximately 0 to something beyond what I can generate, if the PNP's are compensated (220pF or so). Up at the end of my function generator (20MHz), gain is rising a little.
Without compensation, it's out around 12MHz.
Even with the ferrite beads, the output stage can't really be compensated. I'm guessing if it were stable I could easily be beyond 50MHz...
I should tweak myself up a new function generator, or at least a VHF oscillator, to get to these nutto frequencies.
