Are you using LT-spice AKA switchercad?
Do you need an accurate model or would one that just implements the function of a CD4013 logically with about the right delay do?
Thank you for reply me MooseFET, but actually I dont know what do you mean with LT-spice. I use Microsim Eval ver 8.0. Yes, I need the one that just implements the function.

In LT-Spice, there is a flip-flop that works a fair bit like a CD4013 but all of its signals are 1V tall. It isn't too hard to make that look like one with some other VCC.
If you are't using Linear's spice, I think you may be best off constructing a CD4013 like subcircuit using switches or the like. Ignoring the reset and set inputs, the 4013 is fairly simple in concept.

E1 has a gain of one and just keeps the internals from effecting the D input.
E2 and E3 can ahve and gain greater than one they provide the gain for the feedback action
E4 buffers and reduces the output.
R1 and R2 provide the feed back to the the input of the E1 or E2 when the switches SW1 or SW2 are open.
SW1 closes when CLK is low SW2 closes when CLK is high
You are likely to need a small capacitor across the D3 and D4 to make the voltage stay while things switch. The switches much have a non- zero on resistance.
D1-D4 serve the clamp the swings at the rails.
