I'd like to convert LOGIC (0,1) 24Vdc signals,
CCt to converter 24Vdc signals to 12Vdc signals

Depends what the signals are driving at 12V, where the 12V logic threshold is.
c) Series resistor into 4000 series CMOS gate.
d) R plus R resistor divider
e) like b) but use an NPN.
Goes on and on until you define what's being switched at 12V, no?
