Best DC-DC step-up converter?

I would like to convert 24VDC to 75VDC (at 10 - 100 amps, whatever highest is available). What is the most reliable product available for this purpose?

I'm using LM3478 from National Semiconductor. It works up to 250V/10A. The switching frequency is up to 1MHz.
