BH1417 transmitter circuit do I connect my grounds on pcb directly or use capacitor

Hi Im new to electronics and pc board designs. I am building a FM TRANSMITTER using the ROHM BH1417 using the schematics from:

which is basically identical to the schematics given in the BH1417 datasheet. I have designed my pc board using a free cad program but I have one question. From both schematics it appears that the circuit grounds connect directly to the main board ground. Is this correct or do I need to use a cappacitor or something and not make a direct connect to the main board ground? Thanks for your help

Jamie, If you are never wrong , why do you answer with the > sign in front of you answer as though it is part of the original question??
