Variable pitch propellers help you do this."So, flying faster DOESN'T generate more drag. Boy, will THAT be a revelation to aircraft designers! NEWS FLASH: flying faster DOES generate more drag! Just take the case of the fastest production aircraft ever built, the SR-71. It generated so much drag that the fuselage heated to 600F and required special cooling to get rid of the heat. This is called "parasitic drag" ( But SL0WMAN is an idiot, so I don't expect him to understand this.
