Semikron IGBT Modules SKM 15GD 120D

Jan 03, 2006 1 Replies

I have acquired a quantity of these modules as part of a larger transaction, and want to know if there is any interest at the experimenter level before I look for a commercial outlet.

These are 6 IGBT transistors on a common substrate, 15A rated, Ptot

125W per device at 25 deg c, main applications are inverters and motion controllers, but there may well be other uses.

I have a data sheet for the 100D device, which is 1000V, the devices we have are 1200V. These are no longer listed on the Semikron website, the last data book with them listed was in the early 1990's.

I don't have a product or use for these at the factory so would probably put them on ebay, they are boxed in pairs.

Any comments/suggestions welcome. Peter
