Weltrend WT61P4 Video Monitor Controller

Could anyone throw a bit of light on this one please?

A dealer friend has a quantity of Weltrend WT61P4 IC's.

There are two versions:

The data sheet lists both chips in the PLCC format, but the chip only has the generic part number 61P4, date code and batch numbers.

The chip is used in Hyundai monitors: VT700, VT500, CT500, VT900. The Hyundai part is 3205001409.

Has anyone come across this one before, and know how to ID the two variants, assuming that both made production?
